Tröegs Independent Brewing Derry Township is hopping onto a new drink fad. On Wednesday, the craft brewery unveiled the launch of Sidekick Sparking Hop Water. The fizzy drink, found in cans, is characterized as "a rejuvenating alcohol-free beverage flavored with hop extract." It has no alcohol, calories, or sugar and is completely gluten-free. Sparkling waters with added hops are an expanding segment of non-alcoholic drink options. These beverages mix carbonated water, fragrant hops, and occasionally include additional flavors.
