AG Bondi Initiates Probe Into DEI Admissions Policies at Top US Universities
Attorney General Pam Bondi conducted compliance review investigations on Thursday regarding admission policies at Stanford University and several University of California campuses.
The inquiry, led by the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, will examine Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policies at Stanford; University of California, Berkeley; UCLA; and the University of California, Irvine.
Following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College, educational institutions can no longer employ DEI-based discrimination during the admission process.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is demanding compliance.

"Each student in America should be evaluated exclusively according to their effort, intelligence, and personality rather than the shade of their skin.
