Eagles Seal Deal With Versatile Offensive Lineman Matt Pryor

As stated by Jeff McLane from The Inquirer, the Eagles are concentrating on bolstering their defensive line depth and have reached an agreement with Matt Pryor on Thursday. Pryor played for the Chicago Bears during the 2024 season following his tenure with the San Francisco team in 2023. Prior to joining the Bears, he worked under then-Indianapolis Colts head coach Matt Eberflus. At 30 years old, Pryor has primarily been a backup throughout his career.

In the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the Eagles chose Pryor from TCU. During the previous season, Pryor played in all 17 games for Chicago, starting 15 times as an offensive guard. In 2024, Pryor performed well and ranked as the 21st best-scoring offensive guard based on Pro Football Focus ratings.

The article was initially published on Eagles Wire. The Eagles have reached an agreement with multifaceted offensive lineman Matt Pryor.
