NY Workplaces Crowned Top Picks for 2025: USA TODAY Survey Shows

More than 40 offices located in New York City are run from headquarters here. have been recognized as some of the finest in 2025 By USA TODAY and Energage.

In 2024, based on 2,251 employee engagement surveys conducted, 1,526 organizations were awarded Top Workplace recognition this year.

"Receiving a Top Workplace award showcases a company’s culture on a national platform and aids in distinguishing itself within a highly competitive marketplace,” stated Eric Rubino, CEO of Enerbage. “This recognition is a great honor for employees and serves as a powerful instrument to draw suitable candidates to join the organization.”

The survey findings were divided into four groups: organizations employing more than 2,500 people, those with 1,000 to 2,499 staff members, firms with between 500 and 999 workers, and entities with fewer than 499 employees. Following this division, Energage rated the top 100 employers within each group before listing the additional victors alphabetically.
