A recent Instagram post from Disney has unveiled the initial images and details of several new menu offerings set to debut at Disneyland Park for the upcoming ticketed event, Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite.

Disney Eats Instagram @disneyeats The post offers an exclusive preview of some special "Star Wars" themed treats and drinks set for the after-hours ticketed event. Several items were previously noted during the presentation. launch of menus for Star Wars Season In 2025, however, this updated posting features additional descriptions and images.

The complete roster of newly added menu items encompasses:

  • The Pineapple and Ube Crescent Sundae at The Tropical Hideaway Dole Whip Pineapple and Mango swirled together, crowned with tapioca pearls and garnished with red fruits.
  • Loaded Tattooed Toast at Stage Door Café Texas-style garlic bread crowned with buffalo ranch chicken strips and cheese sauce, decorated with zesty blue and red spiral tortilla chips.
  • Limeade with Hibiscus at Little Red Wagon Limeade flavored with hibiscus accompanied by a Lightsaber stirrer (Alcohol-free)
  • Nevarro Lava Canyon Bread topped with Creamy Slaw from Edelweiss Snacks and Maurice’s Treats BBQ-smoked burnt ends wrapped in cheesy pretzel dough served with a side of creamy coleslaw.
  • Sorgan Cooler at Hungry Bear Barbecue Festival and Harbour Galley Raspberry Powerade lemonade infused with mango bursting boba and gummy frogs, accompanied by a lightsaber stirring rod (non-alcoholic)
  • Chipotle-honey glazed Kalbi ribs at Bengal Barbecue : Steamed broccoli, purple cabbage, and blue rice
  • Loomis Wrap at Ronto Roasters : Disassemble the Impossible Burger into chopped pieces, including the mozzarella, onions, and peppers, then wrap them in a pita with mustard slaw (Vegan option).
  • Green Milk at Dairy Station featuring lychee jelly with mango bursting pearls (non-alcoholic)
  • Poland Blossom Delight at Kat Saka’s Kettle Filled with strawberry cream

Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Night It’s a special ticketed event happening on specific evenings in April and May. There are still tickets available for these dates: April 8, 10, 22, 24, 29, along with May 1 and 6, 2025. Another event is planned for Star Wars Day—also referred to as May the 4th—but those evening passes have been completely booked. Prices start at $169 per person. This event runs from 9 p.m. till 1 a.m. within Disneyland Park, where ticket holders may gain entry starting at 6 p.m.
