Pennsylvania Duck Donuts Launches 'Quack Gives Back' to Team Up with Make-A-Wish

(WTAJ) — Duck Donuts, famous for its freshly prepared desserts, has announced the start of its yearly "Quack Gives Back" collaboration with Make-A-Wish.

Until July 31, visitors at Duck Donuts can contribute to improving the lives of children within their local communities by buying the exclusive Wish Rubber Duck. This duck, which comes in blue and white, costs $3 and is available while stocks last. A dollar from every sale will go towards supporting Make-A-Wish. Customers have the option to make additional donations when placing their orders as well.

Duck Donuts is thrilled to kick off our yearly initiative in partnership with our national charity, Make-A-Wish," stated Devon Mailey, who currently serves as the Interim CEO of Duck Donuts. "Our franchise owners' commitment along with the kindness shown by the neighborhoods we operate in allowed us to aid in fulfilling transformative dreams for kids battling serious ailments last year. We're eager this year to carry forward that positive energy and keep contributing positively, one 'duck' at a time, benefiting individual local chapters of Make-A-Wish through every store.

Since being established in 1980, Make-A-Wish has fulfilled over 375,000 wishes for critically ill children within the U.S., along with surpassing 585,000 wishes worldwide.
