What’s New at Target Field in 2025: All the Must-Know Updates
Target Field will introduce several improvements including an updated concession stand design and improved entryways. Twins' home opener on Thursday.
Point of sale system
All concession stands and premium seating areas have now switched to the MyVenue system for their point-of-sale technology upgrades.
The Twins stated in a press release that MyVenue is a swift, intuitive, and user-friendly technology enabling fans at Target Field to effortlessly and rapidly complete their food and drink transactions,
Facial recognition entry
Fans will additionally have quicker access to the game as the Twins introduce their new feature. MLB Go-Ahead Entry At Target Field, there’s an optional ticket verification system utilizing facial recognition technology. This method remains effective even when fans wear glasses, masks, hats, or have face paint on.
Supporters can sign up for the program through the MLB Ballpark application and proceed straight into Target Field without needing to have their tickets scanned. For those arriving as part of a party, the app tracks the number of entries, so just one individual from the group has to enroll, eliminating the need for others to present scans upon entry.
Go-Ahead Entry is available through a designated lane at gates 3, 6, 29 and 34.
Food & drink
The Twins modernized one of its concession areas at sections 105 and 109, replacing the traditional "belly-up" model for food stands with open-air, self-serve market concepts.
The Twins state that the newly refurbished areas spanning over 4,000 square feet offer patrons a faster, smoother experience when getting food and beverages, which include classic stadium staples.

- Grilled SPAM Sandwich — Grilled SPAM steak, sweet caramelized onions, and crispy bacon served on a toasted onion roll.
- Chopped Southwest Burger - Grilled ground beef patty, spicy pork sausage, jalapeño mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, pepper jack cheese, and crumbled fresh white cheese served on an Italian bread roll.
- Vinai — Crispy fried pork bathed in sweet and sour sauce, accompanied by a refreshing cabbage salad topped with fresh cucumbers and pickled carrots.
- Keeper's Heart Spiced Honeycrisp – A serving of Keeper’s Heart Rye whiskey combined with sweet and sour mix, hot honey Monin syrup, and apple Monin syrup, finished off with a splash of soda.
- Keeper's Heart Vanilla Flavored Cream Liqueur A drink made with Keeper’s Heart Rye Whiskey, vanilla cream Monin syrup, and soda will transport you back to an old-timey soda fountain parlor.
- Pizza Lucé – Dilled pickle pizza from the dugout
- Lord Fletcher's Walleye Tacos - Topped with Napa cilantro slaw, fresh marinated walleye served in tequila vinaigrette alongside Baja sauce.
- 10,000 Lakes Bar - Choose drinks from Carbliss (Black Raspberry, Lemon Lime, Peach, Pineapple, Mango, and Watermelon), as well as options from Surfside (Iced Tea with Vodka and Lemonade with Vodka).
- Official Fried Chicken - The Hot HoneyChicken Tenders with Waffles along with a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich will be offered.
- Kramarczuk's - Brat Sampler including handcrafted Polish sausage, bratwurst, and cherry bombs served alongside grilled onions and sauerkraut.
- Taco Libre launches at Target Field with two options:
- Machete – an 18-inch corn tortilla quesadilla filled with either steak or chicken, topped with lettuce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Rice Bowl — featuring either your choice of steak or chicken, accompanied by rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, and queso fresco.
- Niko Niko Boba will provide multiple boba tea options:
- Hawaiian Fruit Tea – The best-selling refreshing fruit tea with black tea, ice, Hawaiian fruit tea syrup, peach syrup and water, and choice of boba.
- Signature Milk Tea - Top-selling rich black tea featuring Sun Moon Lake black tea, tapioca pearl powder, and fructose, along with your selection of pearls.
- Strawberry Lemon Spritz – An option without caffeine or tea featuring strawberry jam, lemon syrup, water, and sparkling water, along with your choice of boba.
- Grand Slam Shawarma - Chicken marinated in garlic sauce, wrapped in a flatbread roll, topped with chopped pickles and roasted garlic mayonnaise.
- Home Team Roots Jalepeño Poppers Salad/Flour Tortilla Wrap A blend of quinoa, corn, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, cilantro, and red onions over mixed greens, accompanied by a vegan cream cheese jalapeño sauce and chipotle croutons. Select weekends from Memorial Day until Labor Day are available.
- Soul Bowl Caribe Bowl - Spicy barbecue chicken, caramelized plantains, yellow rice, and chopped pineapple, topped with green onions.
- Hrbek's Pork Tenderloin Sandwich - A crunchy pork schnitzel served on a freshly baked bun accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and ranch aioli.
- TokiDoki Wings - Choose from either our TokiDoki dry rub or Sweet TokiDoki wing sauce for your wings.
- Cozy Cookie - The varieties consist of Chocolate Chip (which can also be found gluten-free and nut-free), Cookie Monster, Golden Oreo, Red Velvet, S’mores, andChocolate cookies.
Expanded cellular coverage
The cellular network coverage at Target Field is poised to expand thanks to a collaboration with American Tower. According to the Twins, after the enhancements are finished, coverage will increase by 82%, and all three primary mobile service providers will have access to 5G technology.
The work on the cellular network started in January and should conclude by September.
